Associate Professor Yageng Li
I am currently an associate professor in Prof. Luning Wang‘s group at University of Science and Technology Beijing. My research interests focus on the development of functional biomaterials using additive manufacturing (AM). Our former studies have developed AM biodegradable porous metallic implants for the treatment of large bony defects. I am enthusiastic to conduct an interdisciplinary study of materials, biomechanical, and biomedical engineering in order to design and fabricate biomaterials that hold some unique properties to solve the real-world problems for the patient.
